Fall Family Day & Adaptive Family Day

This is a great opportunity to make fun fall memories at Camp as a family. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and make memories with your family outdoors at camp! It is fun for all ages and everyone is invited to participate in camp activities. The trails will be open for lovely fall hiking and relaxing in nature. Family Day Activities: Canoeing, Climbing Tower, Archery, Arts and Crafts, Basketball, Volleyball, Hiking, S’mores, Photo Scavenger Hunt & Frisbee Golf. Invite your friends! This is also a great opportunity for you to show off your camp to friends and family.
Adaptive Family Camp is a chance for parents, grandparents, and children to enjoy camp activities while spending time relaxing with the whole family. Come enjoy camp activities, such as canoeing, archery, climbing and more! This event is specifically designed for those with physical, developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Time: 11:00 am – 4:30 pm (lunch included)
Cost: $15 per person, children 5 and under are free

Camp Clean Up Day/ Volunteer Workday

Bring your family to help get camp ready for summer. Lunch provided at noon! Work will include cleaning up the trails, beach and other projects across our beautiful camp.

Open House & New Parent Orientation

Come out to camp to tour cabins, dining hall, activity areas, meet staff and ask questions. While you are here try archery, climbing and the mole hole slide!

Labor Day Weekend
Sharing camp with your family is a great way to relive fond memories and help your family create their own lifelong memories at camp. Every 5 years we invite the alumni back to camp to celebrate camp’s success, reconnect with friends and enjoy camp as a family. Plan on YMCA Camp Potawotami as your 2025 Labor Day Weekend destination. Registration information will be posted in the Fall of 2024.
In 2025 we’ll be celebrating 105 years of camping excellence!
